Think before you throw!

Hey peoples,

We have been learning a lot of coding skills over the year. First, we had to go through a tutorial/practice that helped us learn how to debug and work with Python. Python is a coding website that is a bit like Scratch, (it has all the sprites, stages, actions, etc). My PSA I coded is all about how lucky we are to have the money we have and that we shouldn't take it for granted. I chose this message because there are a lot of people out there in the world who need our help. This is for everyone because it isn't just up to a few people to help, everyone needs to do their bit.

Here is my code:

Here are a few screenshots:

This caption shows when the boy just chucks a full water bottle into the bin, the other person is poor, she doesn't have enough money for clean water.

This caption shows when a girl is telling the boy that if he doesn't want the water then perhaps donate it to the poor.

This caption shows you what is right, 'if you don't want something that costs money then think about who else might need it'.

I hope you have learnt something today about what you might want to do in the future.

See ya later,

Soph  :D

  1. Awesome work Sophie! I can tell you're a very talented coder. I have never used Python before, but it sounds great, maybe I should give it a go! I love the message your PSA has, it's so easy to take things for granted and I think it's so important to remind people how lucky so many of us are and to think about others. Keep up the great work! Caitlin :)
